Your therapist will place you in a trance-like state. Then, you will be talked through the steps to heal the damage that has been holding you back for years. Positive focus is placed on the thing that you wish to achieve. Then, through the fact that you are telling yourself that you can do something, your body will follow suit. It is simply a matter of training your mind to believe that you can perform that task that has seemed overwhelming for years.
